•Martindale Pinnacle Construction is currently looking for a Sales/Project Manager. Our goal for YEAR is to hire, train, and manage 5-10 sales reps to our team of storm restoration roof sales representatives, and we are looking for a driven, energetic, assertive and goal-oriented sales manager to help scale, train, and manage our growing sales team.
•We have a fully turnkey recruiting & sales training system and framework for the Sales Manager Role, so you will not be expected to invent a protocol yourself.
•Role & responsibilities include:
•Running sales training seminars (using our fully turnkey training system)
•Running weekly sales meetings to inspire the team
•Driving sales to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
•Goal setting & action-planning with reps to achieve their annual sales and income goals
•Having accountability conversations
•Providing ongoing sales training (utilizing the roof sales materials, scripts, and videos provided to you in our system)
•Communicating with vendors and customers daily
•Our company’s revenue tripled from YEAR to YEAR, growing to over $2 million worth of restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to $5 million for YEAR to become one of the area’s fastest growing restoration companies.
•MPC provides the best storm restoration training program in the nation, famous for developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 6 days. The sales manager’s role will be to roll out this system to scale the company predictably and consistently.
NOTE* This is NOT a remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
•Starting Pay: $72,000-$82,000 + % of sales team overrides
•$50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 45-60 minutes)
•Monthly and annual bonuses for performance

•Must be proficient at inspiring, motivating, teaching, and leading a team
•Must be reliable and dependable
•Ambitious, Hungry, Hard working
•Must be physically able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
•Must have reliable transportation
•Team oriented, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
•Previous sales experience or management is a plus
