JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will prepare work to be estimated, procurement of materials, submittal package prep, as well as work with the project coordination team to research and order products for upcoming projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
•Associates’ degree in Constructions Management or related field of study
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
•Bachelors’ degree in Constructions Management or related field of study
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•Ability to past pre-employment drug testing

•Organized and detailed oriented
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Review and understand all scopes of work for each project that has been assigned to you
•Research materials and their installation guidelines to have a full understanding of all materials for each project
•Complete submittal packages (material & shop drawings). Continue to follow up with the General Contractor / Architect until all submittals have been reviewed and approved
•Collect and submit product and color samples, as needed
•Utilize Planswift software to complete final material take-offs and to breakdown each project into specific segments, tasks, manhours and materials
•Work with distributors to procure materials and coordinate deliveries
•Create purchase orders in our database to track materials purchase
•Build production binders, from all information gathered above, to give to the project managers. This will give them a full understanding of each project
•Prepare and manage reports and dashboards that will be utilized in pre-construction, during construction and post-construction to evaluate projects
•Prepare and maintain job cost ledgers
•May, from time to time, have to travel to a jobsite to review conditions, details, etc.
•Coordinates project activities, resources equipment and information
•Assist in procurement of materials, equipment and services needed for projects.
•Additional duties as assigned
