Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs

- Become a knowledgeable expert in renewable energy and its benefits

- Generate leads and qualify potential customers

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present solutions

- Close sales and build long-term customer relationships

- Recruit and mentor new sales representatives
