Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in general computer applications, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Check and manage the company’s operations email inbox, forwarding or responding as needed.
- Call and follow up with clients on “dead files” and recent appointments.
- Perform data entry, including invoice creation and entry into company systems.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, postcards, and other client communications.
- Support office organization, including ordering supplies and maintaining an organized front desk.
- Assist with tax paperwork preparation and filing.
- Use Microsoft Office and other applications to prepare documents and correspondence.
- Keep the office tidy, including light cleaning tasks such as vacuuming.
- Collaborate with the team to improve office efficiency and workflow.
- Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.

- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
