Entry Level Administrative Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in a fast paced environment. As an Entry Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and assisting with various tasks related to talent acquisition process.

Duties:

- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals as well as backend office duties

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Support recruitment team with administrative tasks and scheduling

- Learn and utilize recruitment tools such as TLP, ADP, iCLOUD, etc.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions

-Help with backend onboarding new agents

-filing inquiries and internal audits month-to-month

Requirements:

- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition (minimum 1 year)

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment

-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques is a plus

- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Basic understanding of sales principles for candidate engagement

- Experience or willingness to learn about technical recruiting processes

- Proficiency in using tools like Paychex or other HR software is advantageous

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or other related field preferred

-Bilingual(English & Spanish) is highly preferred.

-Equivalent combination of education and experience is welcome to apply.
