Role Description

The Engineering Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Murfreesboro, TN. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, performing precise soldering activities, and utilizing test equipment to assess and resolve technical issues. Daily tasks also include collaborating with engineering teams, analyzing technical data to identify improvements, and supporting the overall efficiency of operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret technical data effectively

- Proficiency in Soldering and working with Test Equipment

- Excellent Troubleshooting skills and experience resolving technical challenges efficiently

- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and cross-functional teams

- Technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred

- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols
