As our Engineering Team Leader, you’ll oversee the design and development of single-phase and three-phase pad-mounted distribution transformers—products that power communities and industries across the country. You’ll guide a team of 30+ engineers and designers, drive innovation, and collaborate directly with customers to deliver high-quality, customized solutions. How you'll make an impac

- tLead and inspire a diverse team of electrical and mechanical engineers and designers

- .Oversee design activities for quoting and production of pad-mounted and Unit SUB transformers

- .Manage budgets and deliver on cost-reduction and product development goals

- .Ensure timely delivery of designs and drawings aligned with customer specifications

- .Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and engineering processes

- .Support manufacturing operations with engineering expertise

- .Engage directly with customers to resolve design issues and enhance product performance

- .Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
