About the Opportunity

Texas has experienced increasing pressure on its electrical grid over the past several years. As demand grows, new solutions are being introduced to help stabilize the grid and support local communities during peak energy usage.

Our organization is expanding a Texas Grid Support Initiative designed to help homeowners participate in modern energy programs that strengthen grid reliability while improving household energy resilience.

We are building a field team responsible for educating homeowners and introducing them to this initiative.

This opportunity allows you to be part of an early-stage expansion of an emerging energy program across Texas.

What You’ll Be Doing

Energy Advisors work directly in residential neighborhoods to:

- Introduce homeowners to a new grid support program

- Educate homeowners on how modern energy technology can help stabilize the grid

- Identify homeowners interested in learning more

- Schedule qualified homeowners for a detailed energy consultation

You are not responsible for technical installations or engineering assessments.

Your role is to create awareness and sign them up for the free program.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

- Working in residential neighborhoods

- Speaking with homeowners face-to-face

- Introducing a new home energy initiative

- Perform sign ups for qualified households

This role is field-based and active, not a desk position.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential. Advisors can earn upwards of six figures in their first year.

Team members are compensated based on:

- Qualified sign ups completed

- Successful homeowner enrollments

Full compensation details will be provided during the interview process.

Training will be provided.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
