Electrical Foreman / Superintendent

Zabatt is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with four locations throughout the state.

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman for our growing installation division throughout the state of Florida. This opening will be based out of Miami, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will be:

- A Safety-Oriented role model for others

- Able to lead and train other junior electricians

- Able to Terminate switchgear, generators, & other electrical components

- Able to use general construction tools and equipment

- Experienced in leading a field crew

- Results driven and capable of achieving customer expectations and company goals

- Available to travel within Florida regularly by company vehicle with out of town/overnight work as required

- Expected to perform quality work

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- HS Diploma or GED required

- Journeyman/Journeywoman License in state of FL is preferred

- Able to pass background check and drug screen

- Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Minimum 5 plus years’ experience in residential & commercial electrical trade

- Prior supervisory experience

- Working knowledge of generator and transfer switch installations a big plus
