Electrical Foreman, Solar Energy

Job Overview:

The Electrician Foreman will work with lead electrical installers with the completion of assembly and installation of ground and roof mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) modules in compliance with site assessments and schematics.

Qualifications:

· Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

· General construction knowledge preferred

· Ability to work with all types of hand-held and power tools

· Ability to communicate clearly

· Ability to work independently and in team settings

· OSHA 10/OSHA 30 preferred

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead a team of electrical Installers

· Install and repair solar electrical equipment and fixtures

· Provide installation assistance for the PV Installation team

· Complete daily tasked assigned by Foreman

· Perform work in a timely manner

· Keep a clean, organized workplace

· Ability to work under pressure

· Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control.

· Communicate with customers and coworkers in a respectful, professional manner.

· Ability to travel

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Ability to lift and / or carry up to 75 pounds daily.

· Ability to walk on uneven, slippery, and muddy conditions

· Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours daily.

· Ability to operate and maneuver on and off an all-terrain vehicle throughout the day.

Will be subject to other physical activities required, to include climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and range of vision necessary to safely perform job functions.

Pay Range:

Pay is based on multiple factors including a candidate's experience and qualifications, job location, market conditions, and business considerations.

Range: $30.00-$44.00/ hour
