Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Foreman (Team Lead) to join our growing team. This position blends the responsibilities of a residential electrician, battery installation lead, and construction manager. You will play a hands-on role in every phase of the project — from design review and material planning to on-site installation, commissioning, and final project closeout.

As a Storage and PV Solar Experienced Electrician, you will help ensure high-quality installations of solar PV and energy storage systems, while providing leadership and training to fellow team members.
