Electrical Foreman - Hagerstown, MD

Position Overview:

Beitzel Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our Beitzel Electrical team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and is eager to guide and support a crew through diverse and dynamic projects. As a Foreman, you’ll be expected to provide daily supervision and coordination while also working alongside your team to complete tasks efficiently and safely. This role involves physical labor and requires a thorough understanding of industrial electrical systems, construction methods, and the products and services offered by Beitzel Corporation.

Our projects span multiple industries—including construction, manufacturing, power plants, commercial facilities, aggregate, oil and gas, factories, production plants, coal, solar, and wind energy—so no two days are the same. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and must be flexible with their schedule, as the role requires frequent travel throughout the week with overnight stays, extended hours, and occasional weekend, holiday, or night shift work. Strong communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to read blueprints and job specifications are essential.
