Job Objective:
Supervises construction, contract crews, equipment operators, required inspectors, and other personnel associated with the installation and modification of facilities and pipelines across the field.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
•Identifies, plans, and executes projects aligned with the team’s objectives including:
+ Supervising construction and inspections crews performing electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil work and projects. Responsibilities encompass the installation, modification and repair of rotating equipment, process equipment, pipelines, tanks, vessels, controls, electrical and structural components.
+ Manage set-up, operation, and repair of equipment and working with field operators to adjust controls that control operational functions to ensure conformance to specifications.
+ Work with the project manager(s) to ensure correct drawings, construction plans, AFEs, and field cost estimates. In addition, work closely with foreman and personnel assigned to the area in which the construction is taking place.
•Coordinates and executes all required industry standard inspections; this may include API inspections
•Provides visible leadership to project execution and construction crews in the field. Emphasizes safety in all aspects of the project.
•Manage and monitor project budgets, resources and timelines, and reporting progress.
•Communicating effectively with the project team and other key stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
•Prepares field estimates and bid packages, performs bid walks, and evaluates bids with project teams.
•Implements innovative project execution strategies.
•Helps to manage documentation required for construction work, ensures complete and timely completion.
•Collaborating with project manager(s) and engineering teams to review and optimize project designs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to technical specifications.

•Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
Other Job Responsibilities:
•Makes frequent field visits to provide visible leadership to project execution teams, crews and contractors.
•Identifies ways to plan and execute projects in order to reduce costs and improve quality and/or safety.
•Self-performs management and technical aspects of a project to the maximum extent possible.
•Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).
•Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
•Ten (10) years minimum experience in the maintenance, welding, and/or electrical operations of oil and gas pipelines, storage tanks, and production field equipment.
•In-depth knowledge of industry standards
•Significant experience with new pad construction, building out existing pad and compressor stations, installation of production equipment, and control systems.
•Ability to accurately solve problems.
•Ability to work long hours to cover/monitor assigned field territory.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
•Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Education Requirements:
•Required: Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
