Responsibilities

:

- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Sandvik and Epiroc drill rigs

- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults

- Rebuild and service rock drills, feed systems, booms, compressors, and hydraulics

- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation

- Maintain high safety standards at all times

Qualifications

:

- Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician (Off-Road) Certificate

- Previous experience as a Drill Mechanic in mining or heavy equipment

Required Skills

:

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Experience on Sandvik and/or Epiroc equipment (asset)

- Ability to work independently in a FIFO environment

- Strong commitment to safety
