Description
This position will coordinate the document control process. This position is responsible for quality of the project materials and documents to issue for construction.
•Responsible for set-up for medium-sized projects; assist on larger projects as needed.
•Analyzes data for error identification and reporting.
•Leads coordination of documents for medium project.
•Communicates with clients and vendors on a daily basis.
•Troubleshooting client and vendor issues.
•Develops Document Management Plan issued to the client.
•Responds and resolves any issues for vendors and clients having difficulties with document management system.
•Assists in developing and facilitating training programs, classes, and procedures for department.
•Assists with system and work process training for the Document Control team.
•Responsible for updating segments of processes and procedures and communicating/evaluating effectiveness.
•Works with Project Management to perform project related tasks.
•Compiles subcontract documents and issues appropriate revisions.
•Responsible for compliance of QA/QC procedures.
•Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree and 8 years applicable experience required.
•Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
•Previous document management experience required.
•Candidates should possess independent problem solving and analysis skills.
•Ability to interface with clients and vendors.
•High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality required.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access.
