We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer Manager (District Service Manager) to supervise the comprehensive service management of turbine and generator equipment. This pivotal role entails leading a team and ensuring seamless execution of tasks such as installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Reporting directly to the Region Director for field service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing complex challenges head-on!

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

This job may be based in Illinois. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position if based in Illinois is $129,400–$240,200 and the annual incentive target is 20% of base salary.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
