- Develop and manage budgets for the Inverters and PCS product lines, with a focus on maximizing profitability and return on investment.

- Global Stakeholder Engagement:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in product management, strategy, or business development, with a focus on power conversion technologies and systems.

- In-depth knowledge of inverters, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and related technologies.

- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating across organizational levels.

- Experience in managing global teams and navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.

- Preferred extensive experience with inverters and PCS components in the ESS and automotive industries.
