This is a high-impact sales role with full training, strong team support, and six-figure potential in your first year.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships in your territory
- Foster ongoing partnerships with current customers
- Deliver tailored power generation solutions with a consultative sales approach
- Represent Generac’s full portfolio: Industrial Generators, Transfer Switches, and more
- Collaborate with Kelly engineers, project managers, and service teams to ensure client success
- Attend trade shows, site visits, and industry events to grow brand visibility
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Guaranteed OTE in the first 12 months

- Background in generators, engines, or electrical systems a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Frequent travel within your assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work in office, field, and site environments
