In this role, you will oversee the seamless execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a talented team of project managers, site supervisors, and field staff.

- Develop and implement innovative operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation with precision.

- Champion safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring a safe working environment.

- Monitor project progress and performance, swiftly addressing any challenges.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
