Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the efficient functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record in process improvement and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively, drive business development initiatives, and provide senior leadership to our team.
Duties
•
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
•
Implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
•
Lead project management efforts to deliver projects on time and within scope.
•
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms.
•
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
•
Foster a culture of leadership, encouraging team members to take initiative and contribute to operational success.
•
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts.
•
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement necessary adjustments.
Experience
•
Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
•
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•
Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles, showcasing effective leadership capabilities.
•
Expertise in strategic planning, with a history of successfully implementing business development strategies.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
