Ark Renewable Energy is a leading solar EPC serving Western Canada. We’re growing quickly and are looking for motivated people who want to develop real skills, earn meaningful income, and be part of a team that actually supports each other.

What This Job Really Is

This is a field-based, direct-to-home lead generation role. You’ll speak with homeowners, start real conversations about solar, and book appointments for our consultant team. If you’re competitive, personable, and willing to work, this role can be extremely rewarding.

Compensation

This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

- Most new reps earn $4,000–$7,500/month - Top performers exceed $10,000+/month

- Performance incentives available

Training is provided. Your effort = your income.

- Knock doors and professionally engage homeowners

- Explain solar in a simple, honest way (we’ll teach you)

- Qualify interested homeowners

- Book real, high-quality appointments

- Represent Ark with integrity and professionalism

- Coachable and willing to learn

- Eligible to work in Canada

- Sales or door-to-door experience helps, but isn’t required.
