The Digital Operations Support Analyst provides Level 2 support for digital applications within the Strategic Procurement and Planning Division (SPPD). This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert and Special Point of Contact (SPOC) for application-related issues, ensuring timely incident resolution, supporting user acceptance testing, and maintaining compliance with the Security Model.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Service as the SPOC for multiple digital applications under SPPD, providing expert-level support and guidance.

· Triage and resolve incidents raised through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate resolution within SLA expectations.

· Confirm resolution of issues and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements, ensuring functionality meets business requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Associate’s degree with 7+ years’ experience.

· Bachelor's degree in related field with 5+ years’ experience.

· Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· 2+ years’ experience in digital application support.

· Knowledge and experience with Office 365 Application Suite.

· Knowledge and experience in Procurement.

· Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

· 2+ years’ experience in customer service.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Quick learner/willingness to learn.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to manage one’s time.

· Ability to take initiative.

· Ability to capture/use reference notes.
