Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Gathering and evaluating data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Utilizing statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
Identifying key metrics and collecting data from systems like CRM, ERP, or internal databases.
Evaluating existing operational procedures and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes, redundancy, and improve productivity.
Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Working closely with cross-functional teams (including finance, sales, IT, and HR) to understand operational needs and implement changes.
Facilitating discussions, gathering insights from employees across departments, and collaborating on solution development and implementation.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented strategies and improvements.
Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in operations analysis are typically required
Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience using data visualization tools to effectively present complex information. Must be a resourceful problem-solver with a keen analytical mindset. Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a precise eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage tasks and priorities.
Preferred: Experience in the Utility Damage Prevention Industry
Preferred: Demonstrated ability to implement and utilize Leader Standard Work to drive operational excellence
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to walk/stand for multiple hours a day
Excellent communication skills needed
Pass a Background screening (no violations within the last 3 years)
Pass a pre-employment drug test
This remote position requires the successful candidate to reside in either Ohio or Oklahoma.

Job Classification and Compensation:
Full-time position, requiring occasional weekend shifts as needed to meet business demands.
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, with final compensation determined by the candidate's level of experience
