Roles and responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
•Lead the digitization and optimization of manufacturing operations through advanced digital solutions.
•Oversee integration of New Product Introductions (NPIs) into Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
•Enable scale up of MES and other digital operations systems.
•Drive consistency of implementation, usage, and improvement of systems across multiple manufacturing process.
•Provide day-to-day support and resolution for issues within digital operating systems.
•Eliminate customization in support of future standardization, and manage upgrades/ modernizations of user interfaces
•Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making.
•Train operations on compliant Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing management in support of supply chain planning and execution.
•Design and implement digital error-proofing (Pokeyoke) solutions to enhance process reliability.
•Own the MES platform, leading system troubleshooting, enhancements, and long-term performance improvements.
•Other relevant duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree in software engineering , digital technology, computer science or data analytics plus 2 years of experience managing systems, or operations, or in a manufacturing environment; OR
•Associate’s Degree in software Engineering, digital technology, computer science or data analytics plus 4 years of experience managing systems, or operations, or in a manufacturing environment; OR
•A high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience managing systems, or operations, or in a manufacturing environment.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain or operations management.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with ORACLE ERP/MES.

•Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma Certification
•Strategic capacity to sift through complex information and focus on critical priorities
•Seeks simple solutions to complex problems
•Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to influence diverse cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills, including experience with scheduling and fleet logistics.
Eligibility Requirements
•Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times during the day. Ability to climb stairs, move around and under manufacturing equipment. Ability to use computers.
•Proficient with computers including Internet and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook)

•Must be 18 years or older and have legal authorization to work in the United States.
•Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
US Pay transparency verbiage
The salary range for this position is $75-90k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. This position is expected to close on July 31, 2025.
