OSP is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company’s marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who understands how to manage the full marketing function—including budget ownership and performance metrics—while also bringing a strong creative edge through digital media, animation, and visual storytelling.
You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that elevate OSP’s brand, drive commercial visibility, and communicate the value of our technologies to customers, partners, and investors.
• Support the full spectrum of OSP’s marketing activities, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.
• Understand the marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable returns on investment.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns that support corporate growth objectives and product launches.
• Lead the creation of engaging digital and animated content that communicates technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
• Oversee website, social media, and digital platforms to ensure alignment with OSP’s brand identity and strategic messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership for ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistency, clarity, and impact across all communications.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with proven success managing campaigns, budgets, and ROI analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle marketing functions and manage the marketing P&L.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or equivalent CRM).
• Experience developing digital, video, or animated content that enhances brand engagement and storytelling.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience within the oilfield services or industrial technology sector is preferred.
