Summary:
Join a dynamic marketing team dedicated to helping our Members/Customers maximize the value of NISC's software solutions, including the SmartHub mobile app and web portal. Essential Duties:
•Coordinate the marketing rollout plan to support the launch of SmartHub for new member implementations, focusing on the core communication needs to ensure a successful introduction of the SmartHub mobile app and web portal to end-users.
•Utilize and customize marketing templates using the Adobe Suite to create compelling content for a wide range of platforms, including digital channels and printed materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all Member/Customer communications.
•Develop and deliver marketing plans related to NISC software services that effectively communicate value to Members/Customers and drive engagement, while meeting both internal objectives and external expectations.
•Manage and coordinate mid-level project plans, timelines, and key milestones using the tools and resources provided in the SmartHub Marketing Content to ensure effective and timely campaign execution.
•Deliver training opportunities to Members/Customers around best practice methodologies related to SmartHub .
•Gain a thorough understanding of the NISC SmartHub tool and its best practices to effectively communicate its features and benefits to Members/Customers
•Stay up to date and current on industry trends and disciplines related to your software solution and area of expertise.
•Collaborate closely with internal teams—especially SmartHub implementors—to ensure seamless delivery and execution of marketing plans, aligning efforts with other ongoing interactions and initiatives involving the Member/Customer.
•Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position.
•Other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred:
•3+ years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field involving campaign development, branding, or customer engagement.
•Strong working knowledge of business-related software applications and services, with an emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), as well as presentation software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media tools.
•Solid understanding of marketing principles with a strong emphasis on branding, product and service marketing, campaign development, and promotional strategies to effectively support Member/Customer engagement and adoption.
•Moderate level knowledge of Project Management processes and theory.
•Strong ability to multitask and time manage.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong telephone etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with Members/Customers.
•Strong research and problem-solving skills.

Education Preferred:
Associate's degree in a Marketing related field or equivalent experience.
