We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role will support the execution of global digital campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, and website content. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends including AI, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the success of our brand.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update online content for all websites (global corporate websites, ecommerce site, and directory listings).
- Support domestic and foreign pay-per-click and programmatic campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) across digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, AI, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications business or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships count!)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEMRush, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM media strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and innovation
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS tools like Drupal is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop)

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
