What You’ll Do:

•

Create and manage compelling social media content across multiple platforms that align with our brand voice and core values: Pride, Passion, and Perseverance.

•

Develop on-brand graphics, videos, and visuals that highlight how our work transforms customer ideas into real-world solutions.

•

Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to tell the stories of our projects, our people, and our purpose.

•

Maintain a consistent brand identity across five distinct companies, each with its own voice but united by a shared vision.

•

Keep a pulse on trends, tools, and opportunities to level up our marketing impact.

What You Bring:

•

3+ years of experience in social media content creation, branding, and digital marketing (manufacturing/construction is a plus).

•

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).

•

A creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple brand voices at once.

•

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

•

A passion for creating content that matters and tells stories with substance.
