We’re looking for a creative, data-aware, and self-drive Marketing Specialist to join our
growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our brand voice and storytelling
across social media, email campaigns, community channels, and more. This is a 3 month
contract position with potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
- Lead and execute our organic social media strategy, identifying trends and
- Manage daily operations across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin
Reddit, etc.), including posting, monitoring, responding to inquiries, and nurturing
community growth
- Operate and moderate our Facebook community, ensuring consistent tone,
- Plan and manage content calendars to align with product launches, promotions,
- Write and edit copy for multi-channel marketing materials: blog posts,
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, product
- Own and support email marketing campaigns, from copy to analytics (experience
- Engage with customers to collect feedback and reviews, improving the overall
- Assist in driving our Review Generation Program through strong project
coordination and strategic planning to improve ratings across platforms
- Analyze performance metrics across social channels and provide monthly
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content strategy,
email marketing or a related digital marketing role
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; strong attention to detail and brand
- Strong time management and prioritization skills — able to handle multiple
- A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving
- Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally with other teams
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva,, CapCut, or similar
- Working knowledge of content analytics and ability to turn insights into strategy
- Proficiency in operating Amazon, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising
- Experience with photography/videography or creative direction is a plus
