About Accelerant Solutions: Accelerant Solutions is a fast-growing provider of innovative solutions in the nuclear energy and technology space. We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing programs, support business development, and deliver measurable impact across digital, brand, and event channels.

What You’ll Do:

· Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as website, email, social media, digital campaigns, and event promotions.

· Support and perform policies that implement business development.

· Support company success on meeting strategic initiatives per the business plan.

· Write, proofread, and edit compelling content across various channels.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with internal initiatives and external goals.

· Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.

· Lead annual conference planning and coordinate event marketing strategy.

· Analyze and report campaign performance and ROI using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

· Develop marketing materials while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

· Work with external vendors and agencies to support campaign execution.

· Take ownership of creative projects and optimize them based on performance data.

· Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 2–3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or digital strategy, preferably in SaaS, energy, or tech.

· Strong writing, editing, and technical skills, with experience across web, email, and social platforms.

· Familiarity with SEO, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Canva.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with a remote team.

· Passion for growth, storytelling, and continuous improvement.

Bonus if you have:

· Experience with AI tools

· Experience in the energy, tech, or B2B services industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
