We are seeking a creative and driven professional for GE Vernova’s Digital Marketing & Content Strategy Intern role. This position reports directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy and will work closely with other brand team members, agency partners, and cross-functional collaborators to help bring GE Vernova’s purpose to life through digital storytelling.

The qualified candidate will be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, and should be curious, organized, and proactive. They will have strong writing skills, a sharp editorial eye, and an interest in digital platforms and emerging trends. Successful interns will gain deep experience in a corporate marketing environment, build valuable skills in content strategy and digital execution, and leave with strong experience to support a future career in brand marketing.

What You Will Do:

- This role reports directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy and will collaborate with internal team members and agency partners

- Support content planning and editorial calendar management across web and social channels

- Assist with content updates to the GE Vernova homepage and blog, including QA, formatting, and basic publishing tasks

- Research social media trends, Gen Z engagement tactics, and competitive brand activity

- Track content performance and identify insights to help shape future stories

- Help organize digital content libraries and maintain campaign documentation

- Participate in team meetings to gain exposure to brand strategy and digital campaign development

Basic Qualifications:

- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field

- Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)

- Enrolled in a full-time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program

Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with team members and agency partners

- Must have reliable internet access for remote work

- Must be willing to work in the geographical area specified by the business (remote or hybrid optional)

- Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

- Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram

- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Positive, flexible, and eager to learn

- Experience with Microsoft Office; exposure to CMS platforms or analytics tools a plus

The pay for this position ranges from $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed

This position is also eligible for:

- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.

- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.

- Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services

- GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
