Expected salary range of $117,000 to $130,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
The Product Marketing Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for various marketing programs, encompassing both product and digital campaigns, as well as the analysis of campaign and consumer data. This position is required to convert problem/solution dynamics into tangible product/marketing strategies covering a range of aspects such as messaging, promotions, customer journey, and distribution channels to maximize uptake of the growth and commercial energy solutions. The Product Marketing Digital Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in shaping strategy and refining testing procedures to ensure products in development and scale address opportunities and deliver value to customers.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and connects all the marketing and customer activities across the Constellation Navigator division and between Constellation products and solutions. They will also ensure that the Constellation Navigator division maintains a competitive edge and builds awareness in the market through various growth and branding initiatives. Additionally, they will use analytics and quantitative analysis to understand the customer needs, define the market positioning, and support the sales and deployment of the products.
- Contribute to collaborative and innovative team culture. Work closely across stakeholder groups to understand vision and offer guidance for maximizing marketing impacts. Keep industry trends top of mind and integrate fresh, inventive approaches to the Constellation Navigator division, as well as across the integrated marketing team. Build relationships and collaborate across the division, the marketing team and agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards. Support marketing activities, including public relations, tradeshows, industry events, and social media amplification with marketing team members and across Corporate Affairs. Connect product and digital campaigns from this role across the team create strong collaboration with the marketing campaign strategy manager.
- Assist the Marketing Team's objectives and requirements. Entails covering for colleagues on FMLA, aiding with business continuity during staffing changes until new hires are recruited, helping to onboard newcomers and managers. Engage in local travel as needed and occasional national travel for specific projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Digital Strategy, or a related business field
- 8-years of product and digital marketing experience
- Proven leadership, credibility, interpersonal and team skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written
- Demonstrated expertise in using modern analytics and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create effective marketing assets
- Ability to multitask and work with teams and independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment, under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels to deliver results
- Proven experience developing and implementing short- and long-term goals that support strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Ability to define problems, research, collect data, establish facts, identify root cause, maintain confidentiality, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions/recommendations
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience with HubSpot
