About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Structural Engineer Project Manager to join our team in Alexandria, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initial planning and design to construction and completion. You will leverage your technical expertise in civil and structural engineering to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Manage project resources.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

- Apply your knowledge of engineering principles and practices to design and follow through the completion of projects.

- Review and analyze engineering plans and specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Communicate project status and progress effectively.

- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.

- Preferred 3 years of experience in civil / structural engineering and project management.

- Proven experience in leading and managing civil engineering projects.

- Strong technical skills in structural analysis, design, and construction.

- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microsoft Office Products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
