Debt Resolution Sales Representative – In-Office (Irvine, CA)

$150K+ Realistic First-Year Earning Potential – Weekly Pay + Tiered Commissions.

We are a rapidly growing debt resolution company headquartered in Irvine, CA, actively expanding our inside sales team. We’re looking for proven phone closers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Position: Full-Time, In-Office (No remote or hybrid) Location: Irvine, CA (92612) Compensation: Aggressive tiered commission structure + bonuses Pay Frequency: Paid WEEKLY (Every Friday).

What You’ll Do:

● Inbound & outbound warm leads (no cold calling required)

● Consult with clients who are struggling with unsecured debt

● Present customized debt settlement solutions and close sales over the phone

● Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements – You MUST Have: 1+ years of HIGH-VOLUME phone sales experience in one or more of the following industries:

○ Tax resolution / tax relief ○ Debt settlement / debt relief ○ Student loan forgiveness or consolidation

○ Mortgage / timeshare relief ○ Merchant cash advance / business lending

○ Solar, home improvement, or other big-ticket phone sales

● Proven track record of closing deals over the phone ($10K+ monthly commissions preferred)

● Ability to work in-office 5 days a week (Mon–Fri, some Saturday shifts may be required)

● Strong objection-handling and rebuttal skills

● Money-motivated mindset and coachable attitude
