What You Will Do
- Support Projects Information Management teams by coordinating training, assisting with solution implementation, and conducting health checks under the guidance of a specialist.
- Provide advisory input to leaders and partners on document and data management principles, ensuring alignment with project lifecycle requirements and supporting effective and efficient turnover of records.
- Help collect business requirements and map processes to identify efficiencies, and support multi-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to change management efforts by helping partners adopt new processes and protocols.
- Collaborate with Document Management and Records Management teams to support the lifecycle and turnover of project records.
- Use reporting tools to communicate progress on record turnover and verification and project closure.
- Research and recommend standard methodologies in technology, process optimization, and change management streamline operations across the Projects organization.
- Related university degree and minimum of four years of experience. Equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience. Note for candidates who do not possess a degree, an additional 3 years of related experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Enbridge applications, including Kahua, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work effectively, with problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in managing competing priorities and resolving issues efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external partners.

Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
