We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. You’ll work cross-functionally on data pipeline projects and collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiencies, and support strategic decisions. This role offers the opportunity to grow both technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
- Utilize Fivetran and dbt to collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources, ensuring the integrity and support of the data architecture in Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to effectively communicate insights and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive data driven initiatives to improve efficiencies and business intelligence across the company
- Advance data collection and automation by supporting the expansion of MS PowerApps custom applications across various workflows
- Support the creation of advanced machine learning models that drive sales forecasting, inventory planning, production scheduling, and supply chain optimization, making data-driven decisions more precise and impactful
- 0-3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work across teams and collaborate between developers and end users
- Hands-on, working knowledge with Python (e.g. Pandas, sklearn) and SQL in a data analysis capacity
- Basic knowledge of Tableau or a similar data visualization tool
- Experience with Power Apps is a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time
