At Rio Tinto Kennecott, we are seeking a Senior Adviser, Data Management – Geoscience / Orebody Knowledge stewardship of our geoscientific data systems at the Bingham Canyon Mine. This is a strategic and highly specialized role that underpins the integrity of our geoscience data systems—critical to safe, efficient, and compliant copper production. This is not an entry-level or transitional role. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise in geoscience database management and a proven track record of supporting complex mining operations. This role is pivotal in supporting geosciences at Kennecott, and in enabling safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Enable operational excellence by supporting real-time decision-making and reducing rework, license outages, and data-related delays and develop custom tools and visualizations to support technical workflows and improve data usability.
