Are you passionate about data integrity and process excellence? Hitachi Energy is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise-wide master data processes. In this role, you’ll design and implement solutions that improve data quality, streamline operations, and ensure consistent data flows across systems and teams. You’ll work independently with general supervision, applying your practical knowledge to solve challenges and influence improvements. - Design and implement master data management solutions.
- Provide business process and system support.
- Monitor master data health and drive quality improvements.
- Govern master data processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct system testing and validation to resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Evaluate and report on master data metrics.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in master data management or related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end master data processes.
- Experience with system testing and validation.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality improvement practices.
- Ability to work independently and influence process improvements.
