We are seeking motivated and curious interns to join our Technology team for a focused internship in Data Analytics. This program provides exposure to advanced analytics tools, real-world business challenges, and collaboration with experienced professionals across Devon.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.

- Assist in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using modern analytics tools.

- Support the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Participate in the creation and documentation of analytical workflows and reporting processes.

- Help identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within business data to support decision-making.

- Provide support for application and reporting solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.

- Learn and apply best practices in data quality, data governance, and data security.

- Engage in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to business operations and technology strategies.

- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry trends through active learning and professional development.

- Power Apps

- SharePoint

- SQL and scripting languages

- Additional data analytics and business intelligence tools

Education:

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

- Basic understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and SQL.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective oral and written communication skills.

- Interest in business operations and technology-driven solutions.
