Data Analytics & Integration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional with a background in business intelligence development and predictive analytics and an eye for elegant UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Development & Data Analytics

- Develop clean and compact ETL pipelines using SQL, PowerQuery (M), and DAX to support nimble data modeling.

- Design, build, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for various business units.

- Optimize datasets, query folding, relationships, and incremental refresh strategies.

- Troubleshoot and fix existing reports while improving performance and usability.

- Train business users in effective report usage and self-service analytics.

API and Data Flows

- Manage data imports, transformations, and integrations between ERP, HR, Task Tracking, and Time Tracking.

- Leverage Microsoft LogicApps, Azure Data Factory and other middleware to integrate data across platforms.

ML/AI Development

- Develop ML models (XGBoost, Random Forest, ELM, KNN) using Python and logistic + linear regression

- RAG-powered (LlamaIndex/LangChain) solutions

Required Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, PySpark, PyTorch), SQL, M, DAX and HTML.

- 3+ years of Power BI - 1+ years of ML/AI - 1+ years of Azure Data Factory - 1+ years of REST API development

- Experience building data models, managing relationships, and implementing best practices for report performance.

- Strong anticipatory problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally with accounting, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Can translate what people say into what they really need.

- Can see the big picture and the details simultaneously.
