Customer Support Associate

Aero Energy, a petroleum products sales and delivery, and HVAC company, has an immediate full-time position available for a confident, dependable, outgoing and organized individual.

Call Center experience (2 years) preferred but not required.

Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

Must be able to retain information.

Must be able to multitask.

Must be able to work efficiently within a Team and also independently.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written are a must.

Skilled typing is a must and you should be PC literate in a windows environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Processing inventory-data entry

Processing various incoming Customer Support calls

Providing Customer Support to internal & external customers at the office

Processing Work Orders

Account Set Up and Account Maintenance

Promoting Company Products and Services

No telephone calls
