Customer Success & Project Execution Manager Aderis Energy, LLC – Cornelius, NC
Aderis Energy is seeking a highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented professional to serve as Customer Success & Project Execution Manager. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and with exceptional customer experience.
This individual will serve as the operational bridge between Aderis’ internal teams and customers, ensuring all project details are accurately tracked, timelines are maintained, risks are identified early, and customers are successfully onboarded into Aderis’ cloud-based project tracking and support ecosystem.

The Customer Success & Project Execution Manager is responsible for tracking and coordinating all project details across software, hardware, and services deployments. This includes maintaining schedule integrity, identifying delays and resource constraints, enforcing milestone accountability, and ensuring structured communication between Aderis staff and customers.
This role is empowered to drive internal milestone discipline, hold stakeholders accountable to committed deliverables, and escalate execution risks when necessary to protect customer outcomes.
Additionally, this role leads the onboarding of new customers into Aderis’ cloud-based project tracking, documentation, and support tools to promote transparency and encourage self-service.
Job Responsibilities – Include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain and continuously update detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies.
· Collect and consolidate project information from engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and field teams.
· Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and proactively drive mitigation plans.
· Enforce internal milestone accountability to maintain execution discipline.
· Develop standardized reporting dashboards and status summaries for leadership and customers.
· Ensure all required documentation, specifications, approvals, and deliverables are collected and archived.
· Lead onboarding sessions for new customers, guiding them through Aderis’ cloud project tracking and support tools.
· Encourage customer adoption of self-service tools for documentation access, status updates, and support workflows.
· Support implementation of Critical Chain, Theory of Constraints (ToC), and structured execution philosophies.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
· Improved visibility and consistency across all active project timelines.
· Reduction in schedule surprises due to early identification of risks and constraints.
· Standardized reporting templates adopted across Solutions Execution.
· High customer adoption of Aderis’ cloud tracking and support tools.
· Positive customer feedback related to onboarding clarity and communication.
· Demonstrated application of structured execution methodologies to improve throughput and predictability.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Education, certification, or demonstrated working knowledge in PMP, Theory of Constraints (ToC), and/or Critical Chain Project Management.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structured project management environments.
· Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel (advanced preferred), Procore, Trello, Kanban systems, and similar tools.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Technically minded with ability to understand engineering and manufacturing workflows.
· Prior experience in manufacturing and/or construction project environments.
· Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial deployments.
· Experience building dashboards and executive-level reporting summaries.
· Pass Background Check and Drug Test with clean Driving History (MVR).
· Ability to travel approximately 5–10% per quarter as required for customer meetings or site visits.
