This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Newton, NH. The Customer Service Specialist will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, assist with fuel delivery dispatching and managing phone communications with a high standard of phone etiquette. The role also involves addressing customer service inquiries and enhancing overall customer experience through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Strong skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and effective Phone Etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
