ob Objective:

Assist with administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to customers through telephone and email

- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing

- Process daily invoicing, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

- Coordinate customer orders and resolve inquiries by collaborating with operations and sales teams

- Handle and resolve customer complaints

- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

- Provide pricing and delivery information

- Set up new customers

- Process orders, forms, applications and requests

- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

- Maintain customer databases

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

- Track, purchase, and manage stock of office and kitchen supplies as needed

- Prepare correspondence and presentations

- Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages

- Manage other tasks (ongoing or project) as deemed necessary by management

- Work on special projects as needed

- Must be able to analyze situations for safety and practicability, and deal with problems involving few concrete variables in fairly standardized situations

- Must demonstrate a professional, courteous demeanor to both customers and coworkers and keep safety in mind at all times

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service required

- Proficiency in Excel required

- Candidates with exceptional typing accuracy are strongly preferred

- Experience in the lubricants industry is a plus but not required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

- Dependable with a positive attitude

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills

- Excellent phone etiquette

- Customer-focused & proficient relationship builder

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to explore and learn other software applications

- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills
