Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing customer support, maintaining a high level of customer experience, and handling customer service-related activities. The representative will be an essential part of our customer-focused team, working to exceed customer expectations.
