- Onboard and Support Customers: Lead the successful adoption, implementation, and optimization of Flowstate’s core software across diverse client environments. Identifying implementation optimization opportunities and gaps.
- Optimize System Performance: Analyze live customer operating data, dashboards, and alarm metrics to recommend parameter tuning or workflow changes that maximize leak-detection performance and reliability.
- Technical Liaison: Translate customer requirements into actionable support tickets for software development and solution implementation teams; track issue resolution and communicate status back to stakeholders.
- Health Monitoring & Reporting: Build recurring performance reports (sensitivity, false-alarm rate, uptime) and present findings during regular customer KPI reviews.
- Train End Users: Deliver user training so customers can operate the Flowstate platform confidently.
- Process & Roadmap Development: Document repeatable implementation playbooks; contribute to decision-driven roadmaps that align product feature rollouts with client value and company goals.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the “voice of the customer” in internal planning, helping to prioritize features that drive adoption, retention and customer success.
- Issue Resolution & Support: Troubleshoot data-quality, integration, or alarm-behavior questions via email, video call, or occasional on-site visits; coordinate cross-functional resources as needed.
- Contribute knowledge-based articles, tutorials, other learning content
- Work with customers and internal contacts to facilitate change management.
- Support marketing and sales by providing technical insights into case studies and reference calls.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (STEM field preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain complex technical topics to both engineers and operations staff.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- 1-3 years in customer success, field engineering, implementation, IIoT, or industrial software products.
- Background in pipeline operations, leak-detection systems, or real-time monitoring solutions.
- Experience with time-series or SCADA/OT data.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
