Job Summary

Precision Set is hiring a detailed-oriented Customer Service Representative for a full-time in-house position to support our retail jewelry clients. This role is pivotal to delivering seamless customer experience—from order entry to custom quotes—and plays a key role in our operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Previous customer service experience

- Experience in the jewelry industry strongly preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience using Windows and with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Accurate data entry

- Organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

- Eagerness to learn industry-specific processes and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
