Grah Safe & Lock is a fast-paced, locally owned and operated access control company committed to keeping San Diegans safe & secure. We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work in both a collaborative team environment and independently. This position will work under the supervision of the Sr. Dispatch Coordinator and Operations Manager.
As a Dispatch Coordinator, your role will be to support all service operations, including but not limited to providing exceptional customer service and effectively guiding and dispatching a skilled team of Service Technicians to address our customers' security and access control needs promptly and efficiently.
You will work closely with your team and other departments to help achieve the company's monthly production goals. This will involve actively managing customer accounts, building strong relationships, and creating a trustworthy and positive impact, which will ultimately drive sales growth from both existing and potential customers.
· Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and technicians
· Utilizing our dispatch software for scheduling/routing service requests
· Coordinating the day-to-day schedule for our service technicians' team.
· Set clear service expectations for our customers
· Processing credit card payments over the phone
· Highly effective at organizing, prioritizing, and performing multiple duties
· Able and willing to be trained in other departments as well as to train others
