We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to be the welcoming voice and efficient backbone of our office team.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record-keeping.

- Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and friendly demeanor.

- Accurately take heating oil and propane delivery orders from customers.

- Effectively dispatch delivery orders to our drivers.

- Assist customers with payment inquiries and process transactions.

- Perform timely and accurate data entry for invoices and customer payments into our software system.

- Maintain organized customer records and files.

- Collaborate effectively with drivers, service technicians, and other office staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service or data entry role is highly preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude is a must!

- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
