This is a full-time sales and data entry position with a consistent weekday schedule. You'll work regular hours Monday through Friday. The role offers flexibility to work from home or at our Cornersville, TN location.

As a Customer Service - Customer Relations Clerk, you will serve as the link between Harmon Scrap Metal and our customers-both current and prospective. You'll spend your day handling inbound and outbound communication via phone, text, and email, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. You will follow communication scripts when needed, explain pricing and specifications for various grades of metal commodities, and assist with the procurement of materials by gathering information and facilitating agreements. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers are paid correctly and on time for the materials we receive, while keeping clear, organized records in our CRM. Your day will also include participating in meetings, attending training, and continuously improving your knowledge of the industry.
